Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being forfeited if you are on a membership.

No‑Show Policy

A “no‑show” — arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing your appointment without notice — will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being forfeited for members. No‑show sessions cannot be credited, refunded, or rescheduled.

Membership Note

Because membership pricing is deeply discounted and time‑reserved specifically for you, missed or late‑cancelled sessions do not roll over, cannot be refunded, and cannot be credited to the next month. Members may reschedule within the same month with 24 hours’ notice, based on availability.

Why This Policy Exists

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no‑shows prevent other clients from receiving care and impact the flow of the studio. This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and respect for everyone’s time.

Skinetics Wellness does not offer cash, debit, or credit‑card refunds for any purchases, including services, memberships, digital programs, or telehealth add‑ons. If you are unable to use your original appointment or treatment, you may apply the full value of your purchase toward a new appointment or toward a different service of equal or greater value. If you choose a service at a higher price, the difference will be due at the time of service. If you choose a service at a lower price, the difference is not refundable or transferable.

By enrolling in a Skinetics Wellness membership, you authorize recurring monthly billing until you choose to cancel. Memberships renew automatically on the same date each month. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Due to the nature of digital access, scheduling, and program delivery, all payments are non‑refundable, and partial months cannot be prorated. By joining, you agree to these terms and understand that hybrid memberships include non‑medical wellness services, with any medical components provided exclusively by CareValidate licensed clinicians.

All payments made to Skinetics Wellness — including memberships, digital programs, classes, red light sessions, and telehealth add‑ons — are non‑refundable. Because clients receive immediate access to scheduling, digital materials, wellness guidance, and/or medical onboarding through CareValidate , no refunds or partial credits are offered for unused time, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason. If a chargeback is attempted, this clause, along with proof of service access and delivery, will be provided to your bank or credit card company as evidence of your agreement.

You acknowledge that hybrid memberships include non‑medical wellness services from Skinetics Wellness and that any medical components are delivered solely by CareValidate licensed clinicians. All clients are responsible for reading program details, understanding the terms, and enrolling intentionally.
